Greetings, my name is April B., and I am a touring Natural Hair Artist and Celebrity Loctician based out of Atlanta, Georgia. I originated from New York and then moved to Virginia as a teenager where my love for hair developed. Years spent experimenting with my family, friends, as well as myself, led me straight out of high school into attending the VA School of Hair Design for Cosmetology. As I got older and my skills advanced, I knew I was ready for a change. I visited Atlanta several times and fell in love with the culture. I admired the eclectic feel of the city; it helped inspire my creativity.

Natural-healthy hair is a devoted passion of mine. I’m actively involved with the natural hair movement as well as participating in various events. A few projects I have taken part in are: Lead Styling for MHE (My Hair Experience) magazine launch party, a featured stylist for Fro Fashion Week in both 2011 & 2012 fall and springs seasons. I have had the pleasure of personally working with various artists in the music industry such as T-Pain and Chris Brown. I have also been chosen to be featured on several natural hair blogs such as Natural Review and Atlanta Natural Hair, just to name a few.

My goal is to provide the quality of excellence in hair care. I also want to educate each client in how to properly care for their hair in the interim. Along with quality hair care I want to show all naturals that their natural hair can go beyond simply wearing it in a fro or two strand twists.
